What college has the best IT schooling? With primary focus on the field of Ethical Hacking.?

I want to become a CEH tester and am going to go into the navy for at least 4 years to get some experience and money for school but i do not know anything about good schools in the IT field. Until about half a year ago i had planned on becoming a chef and had focused on such schools but with my recent career shift i as lost as i first was for culinary schools. I need to know a school for when i sign into the MEPS for military so having some tips of good schools to research would be great!
