How do you tell someone that you dont want them to come over ?

ok so this guy we went out in the past but we broke up because i wasn't ready for a relationship..but my mom always liked him so we stayed friendss but with benefits so i guess you can say we still like each other and the reason we don't go out again is because he doesn't want one now which i tried really hard to get back with him...a lot!! but these past two weeks for some reason i haven't been wanting to call or tex (( i just got a new haircut and stuff so i got more attention from other guys)) so this weekend a guy asked me out on a date and all of a sudden he wants to come over so how do i tell him without making him mad or not talking to me?? HELP
