Is jamaal charles the best running back in the league?

Hes averaging 6.3 yards per carry it says on nfl.com and he has 1000 yards, along with 350 recieving yards... Hes on route to 1500 yards and 500 recieving yards, whilst sharing the spotlight with thomas jones. What do you guys think, the kc o-line isn't the greatest...
