What do you think I can do?

There was this kid I was friends with like 2-3 years ago and he did something that made my mom and dad hate him, he told lies about my older brother and made my other friend think he was a pedophile ( he was 19 at the time) and my mom watches my facebook all the time and says if I added him I would be taken off facebook forever, I made a whole bunch of prank calls to him, and he's mad at me for that, but he's calling my best friend hot, and he hated her while he was still at my old school, and my cousin added him and he keeps calling my cousin cute and talking to her, and my mom can't do anything about that, I really want to add him and apologize for the things I did during the past year or so (prank calls) and I miss him a lot as a friend :( but i don't want to be kicked off facebook for good. It was like 3 years ago when he did that but my mom's still mad :| We were like best friends we'd always hang out at the school, talk to each other on the computer, at school we'd spend almost all of our recesses together and also get in to a lot of trouble xD We were like 11 years old I'm 14 now
