Is she worth a future with? Should I accept her AS IS?

On January 8th, 2008 we would have made 2 years together. I am the type of guy who gets in a relationship to see a potential future with that person. My girlfriend and I have had issues from day one, but our main issue is a language barrier. As a young child she was scarred for life from ever learning, speaking of, or relating anything with the Spanish language. Her background: Mexican, Belizean & Lebanese / Mine: Mexican & Cuban. A long time ago we had come to the agreement where I would always translate for her in English if we hang around or Spanish friends or if someone is speaking it so that she knows what they are saying. Just the other night I wanted to know where she stood on a certain matter. We have previously spoken about our kids speaking Spanish; she said it will never be spoken in the house for respect to her.
