Since we always talk about players from different eras, is the College game stronger than ever?

i dont know about team of the decade but i think the other tar heel team that won a few years ago was better. the one with felton, may, mccants and williams. they were all lottery picks. that being said i hate the tarheels but of the top of my head thats the best team this decade... and is it getting stronger, i dont know. its stronger then it was a few years ago but i dont know if its as strong as back in the day. back when nobody left after one year. they stayed at college and got better.. but there wasnt as much competition back then. players today are more equal, thats why we see some big upsets. so its hard to tell if its stronger or not
