How do you handle guys that just stare rudely.?

Ok I'm 21 and if I was in front of you and noticed you had big ones - I'd probably stare at your chest too.....what can I say I'm at that age and I really like .....I'd Probably sneak in some inconspicuous glances though not stare......but the story that your DADS FRIEND did that and spoke to you that way creeps even ME out. Tell your dad that this guy spoke to you this way. I suggest you tell whoever who's making you uncomfortable straight up that them staring at your chest is bugging you. Although you should try to relax- I mean its often harmless - your not losing anything - most of the time it can be complimentary. But if its really bothering you you should talk to those ppl straight up and tell them that their making you uncomfortable
