How come no one recognies the good Bush has done?

when Bush took office..THE US was in friggin shambles...the economy was so bad the the central government had to slash interest rates to like 1% . in the past 7 years, the US economy has seen the biggest boom, along with the biggest housing boom EVER, along with the stock market bouncing back from like 7000 to as high as 14000!!! Sure there has been a correction but the economic prosperity in the past 7 years was even stronger than in the 1980's!!!
