Help Picking MMA schools?

the second school because the boxing/muay thai instructor doesnt seem that professional and if the school lost 4 instructors that is not a good sign. for the second school the no gi isnt that bad. when it comes to real professional grappling competitions or even mma they dont use the gi anyway.
