Hello, i am 16 and I look 12. I want to get a haircut for my face and it is heart/circle shape. I have HUGE cheeks and they are very Rosie. I want to find my best makeup. I have Big grey/green eyes and small lips how can I make them look plumper? i want to get a haircut also that'll make me look older and my cheeks skinnier. please give me some photos of haircuts /makeup looks or websites.
