Do you come from a pure place all the time? How do you know you are?

I don't. I know I don't because when I'm liberated I feel differently and the way in which I speak and the things I speak of are completely different than when I am acting from an inpure, ingenuine place (a place I've become too overly ociated with). My laughter is given accordingly, and I speak about whatever I want with confidence and a sense of genuinety I don't see in others around me. I know its hard to describe or understand, but I know there's a difference for me, and, unfortunately, I only act from a genuine place for about 1 minute every 2 months. Spontaneously as well. What about you? Do you experience this? Or are you act from one or the other?
