American apparel uni flex fleece hoody?

I got this hoody in an xs and the sleeves a too baggy I was wondering if when you wash it do the sleeve shrink? Also when you wash it does yours get linty if so tell me but if it doesn't please tell me how you care for it. If you have any more pros or cons please tell me. Please and thank you
