Why doesn't ozone have two double bonds?
I don't get it. If it had to double bonds so that A)O had 4 shared electrons and 4 unshared electrons, B) O had 8 shared and 2 unshared and C) O had 4 shared and 4 unshared, wouldn't the formal charge be zero on all of the O's?
